Ever since the update my game has been glitching like crazy. Then I got locked out of my EA account when they told me for the 3rd time in a week that I had to relink my account. The QR code on screen sends me to an error page. I tried reaching out to EA’s customer service but they won’t help me; EA marked my case as “resolved” when no one reached out or helped me with my account. Does anyone know what to do? I don’t see an option on PlayStation’s end to unlink from EA.
Hi, google EA account login, log in via the little head and shoulders icon up the top and then I think it's in your profile section but there is an option to see what accounts your EA is linked to and you should see your PlayStation linked there, if not click on Ps5 and relink it your EA account. That might help you get playing again. Also there is a bug report on here for consoles saying they can't connect to online and problems linking their accounts, that might also be helpful 😀
