Sims on PS5
Ever since the update my game has been glitching like crazy. Then I got locked out of my EA account when they told me for the 3rd time in a week that I had to relink my account. The QR code on screen sends me to an error page. I tried reaching out to EA’s customer service but they won’t help me; EA marked my case as “resolved” when no one reached out or helped me with my account. Does anyone know what to do? I don’t see an option on PlayStation’s end to unlink from EA.
