Sims turning black Xbox one

So as you know xbox gets no  cc and I don't use tattoos so why is it happing? I've done all fixed on every generation but it keeps coming back. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled . Completely wiped Xbox but still keeps happening. Used daughters Xbox still happens I've deleted my user name off Xbox and reinstalled but nothing on my end works getting annoyed with it not getting fixed I think B4 other packs come out maybe fix issues first in my opinion . But I don't see future purchases till this is fixed been going on for 3 yrs and no one seems to have a clue how to fix  I really want new packs but refuse as it's hard to play and stream with this issue.

Also crashes when I go to save and I lose so much and have to start all over that day like 6 times B4 it saves. Very frustrating.
