Sims wearing old cas
My sim was moved into the household. I changed their hair, clothes, etc. Every time we load into a new lot, the sim is wearing the old cas and not the cas items that I had changed.

there's already a thread for this but to be sure, did you get the Sim through the Gallery or Cupid's Corner ?
