Sims with custom Tattoos are all black

Myself and others (on Reddit) have issues where all Sims with custom Tattoos are pitch black since the update.

I have done everything. Removed my mod folder, deleted caches, and repaired my game. When I start a new game, it works fine.  It seems to only affect Sims with custom tattoos.
