mia_stop To be thorough, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the graphics driver. You can use the one you downloaded from Intel (I wasn't sure it would work on your system, but you know now that it does). The point here is that your old and new dxdiags both show serious crashes of the graphics driver, and a clean uninstall and reinstall is the best way to make sure you've addressed any problems related to the driver. Here's how to do it:
Separately, your dxdiag shows a number of crashes of something called hp-plugin-executor. This service can also use a lot of your processor's resources, which could in turn contribute to the game issues you're seeing. So please open the Task Manager, find this service (probably in background processes), and kill it. It'll restart with Windows, but in the interim, let me know whether it helps.
If not, please restart your computer, wait five minutes without doing anything, open the Task Manager (but nothing else), and post a screenshot, so I can see the overall usage of each resource. Then click the Startup icon and post a screenshot of what you see there.
After the clean uninstall + reinstall and ending the hp-plugin-executor before opening the game, I unfortunately did not see any improvements (appreciate all the help so far though)! I attached the screenshots, hopefully it's what you were asking for.
