Skillful mastery skill: Partners can no longer go sleep cuddling on command

Question please, if either one or both partners earned the skillful mastery skill why can I no longer command them to go sleep cuddling like I used to do with them once I click the other one sleeping? I don't use any CCs or MODs at all. TIA!
