Sneezing quirk that can't be removed/ sims collapse to floor then stand back up.

I just recently started playing the sims game after about a month off and noticed that two sims I've created suddenly collapse to the floor on their knees almost, then stand back up like normal after a few seconds. These same two sims, also have a weird quirk assigned to them for sneezing. There is no way to remove the quirk using the quirk be gone solution, so I am not sure how to remove this.
