my sim cant find a tome book to strangify to learn because no book exsits as well as the clone self but she already read it and why is in the spellbook in spells are not unlocking? Need help getting ...

Is this with or without mods/cc ?
I'm not entirely sure I understand your issue. Do you mean the spells don't unlock itself ? You seem to have all schools unlocked and are just missing a few spells. Did you talk to the sages to try and learn them from them ?
To me this doesn't sound like a bug.
