All fishing spots in sulani are bugged and nonfunctional, the only way to access one of the main features of the pack (the large extension of the fishing collection) is by having a boat to fish from. This is known bug and has been around for a long time. We've been told many times by the sims team that bug fixes are becoming a higher priority yet this persists. smh.
