Still getting the same error - after all the updates

Still getting this error code for the family i want to play - every game update still has not fixed it my error code in my game -The family i want to play is in a rental property. i have attached a picture of the game error code i been getting when i try and load this family. i want this to get fixed as i have not been able to play the game for a while now. i have no ccs or mods in my game. i know i have posted a few time about this error code i am getting in my game, i just want to play my game like everyone else. PLEASE FIX THIS ERROR CODE!
