Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
yes I did this and it started working, im assuming that one of my mods is breaking my game, ima try to locate the problem and put my mods back in, hopefully my game does not break again. Thanks for your help!!
