Tattoos keep coming back after being removed in CAS

So i'm using a sim i already made from my library and i wanted to remove her tattoos, (i'm using her for a challenge) but everytime i would "delete" her tattoos the moment i switch outfits they came back. When i would go back to the previous outfits where i removed them they are there as well. I don't know when this bug started because i haven't noticed it before. I do have businesses and hobbies but i never had this problem before with the new tattoo overhaul until now.  I play on xbox one so maybe that's the problem? I don't know!!
