The acting career is still bugged! (auditions not passing or failing no message)

I, have tested this in a completely new save, completely vanilla save not even had an ounce of cc or mods. my sims will go to their audition and it won't tell me if they passed or failed it will act like they still have their audition to go to even though they went to it. the only "work" around I've been able to find is closing the save and re-opening it or closing the game and re-opening it. Please fix this to make the career usable.
