The august 19th update

The update for the sims 4 that came out on august 19th made my game NOT PLAYABLE AT ALL!!!! 

when your in create a sim how you delete traits is jacked. You have to move your cursor around the trait to find the spot so you can delete same with scrolling and when you try to start a game it literally makes you go to the manage worlds menu and when you try to start the game it just sends you right back there.
