The game removes Life and Death split dyed hair from my sim

Hi,

One of my sim's have the split dyed hair from Life and Death and the game removed it from my sim, saying I do not own the pack or that it's not downloaded (both are untrue). The sim looks fine in the main screen, just not in-game.

The only mod I have is MCCC.
