The Sims 4 totally broke after update 23-7-24

Mine kept messing up my teen and kids simology panels, so I tried removing Parenthood and that stopped hurting it. I think Parenthood is broken.

I am experiencing the same problem and you are right, the game is totally unplayable! I have disabled all cc in my game (I only had eyelashes and a few hairs) and I have repaired the game but the issues have stayed. I can get my sim to do a few actions but the moment the game requires a loading screen, it goes black and glitches and stays that way indefinitely. There is nothing I can do to fix it and I have to force quit every time. I hope they fix this soon because I was hoping to play when the new pack comes out... though at this rate I am concerned about how broken that pack will be too.

All same of the above I'm also experiencing, also like 50% of my mods won't work, Like MCCC won't show up in game. I've reinstalled it like 7 times since the update. Makes me super mad that the sims won't acknowledge the fact that the update broke the game, as usual. Would be of some decency if they at least sent out a letter where they acknowledge the fact that they've seen what we're all saying and that they're working on it ;( 

Seems like we can only sit back and wait, like usual they're just ripping all of us off. No decency at all at their headquarters...

My game is just playing by its own rules I SWEAR I’m so close to breaking down! Here is what mine is doing:

• NPCs won’t do ANYTHING when spawning on my night club lot (I had the **bleep** mod, which I have since deleted ALL mods to try and see if it’s an issue)
• Sims being weirdly mean to each other for no reason… even kind sims 
• Randomly stopping current actions and glitching to a new position/pose 

so I deleted the mods and the caches and them repaired the game via EA and tried on a completely new save with the base game and expansions:

• Playing sim randomly gets embarrassed when the welcome wagon was on and they came onto the lot
• Cancelling commands automatically.. I had to click ‘Eat Fruitcake’ THREE TIMES UNTIL SHE DID IT… then ‘Wash Dishes’, FOUR TIMES UNTIL SHE DID IT… ect ect with everything else 

I’m new to mods so I didn’t know I had to delete them before the update or not update… anyone else feeling my pain right now? 😑😑😑😑

They really messed up. Going deep into the base of a 10-year-old game and making changes is risky for my game. I wonder what could go wrong. ....... The game is a hot mess, even if you can play and save, which I still can. 

I can still save and travel in my game but I'm not sure if I should be doing that considering the broken base. My game still runs fine... don't know if that's good or bad.

I am having this exact issue!! I do not have mods. 

Anyone else sims will go to school and you can’t follow them? Or that you can still see their inventory. I have 4 teenagers and two went to school and were greyed out the other two wasn’t. They also won’t go to their after school activity? The off to cheer and the go to activity won’t work.
