The timeless capture frame from Life & Death pack is broken.

After the the recent update, my most used item, Timeless capture frame is now broken. 

Whenever you try dedicating it to sim, it comes up with a blank background and no photo. Already set photos are still there as long as i don't touch them. This is frustrating as its the main reason why i got this DLC.

I have no mods,  addons or custom content at all on this game. Its all vanilla with DLC's.

Anyone know of a fix? And is there a future update planned to fix this bug?

    I am having this issue as well. I am able to drag a picture from my Sims inventory to the frame and it shows up(left) I tested with a throw away screen shot as I don't know if I'll be able to remove it from the frame. I would make a copy of any picture you use, if it is important to you and it can not be removed from the frame if needed when the bug is fixed.

    This is a heavily used item for me so I will try using this option until we get a proper fix.
