Toddler gets stuck in "Nudity Filter" even though they fully complete dressing

I'm not 100% Sure what's causing this, but when changing my (adoptive) toddlers clothes with my fairy sim (with her wings out, don't know if that's related it was just the conditions it happened under), using the diaper station from Growing Together, I set the time to "Fast Forward" but instead of completing the "normal" procedure it seemed like she (the toddler) glitched from the Diaper Station (which has a security strap upgrade) to being on the floor as if she was walking around. Not sure why but I couldn't get the nudity filter to go away after that, and to be perfectly fair, it didn't happen the first time I tried this (this was like my second or third time changing her clothes in this session), so I'm not sure what happened. I'm not sure what's going on but my guess is something got interrupted that switched off the timer for the nudity filter prematurely, but didn't clear the special effect. There was a popup during all this so maybe that's what it was...

 

PC Player, No Mods or CC installed, Almost All Packs owned (except for 2 Stuff packs) and a small assortment of kits.

Note: i don't think this will be easy to reproduce, because it didn't happen the first time, I'm merely submitting a report so it can be tracked.
