Toddler Milestones Glitching

Toddler milestones are not registering as completed. My toddler has reached level 5 of Movement but it did not give her the maxxed movement skill OR the learned to run milestone. My sim earned all of the rest of the motor milestones for toddler. She also did not receive the Learned Numbers milestone or the Threw tantrum milestone, even after she completed both of this actions. Please advise. Thank you!
