Traits not loading in CAS

I didn't have this issue before the most recent update, but when I go into CAS I can't view or change my sims' traits. I've tried repairing the game and even reinstalled it and the issue persists. Is anyone else experiencing this or have any recommendations on how to fix it? I have no mods or cc installed.
