Trophy earned

I have had several trophies that I have earned not show that I have earned them. I’ve had multiple Sims achieve these trophies and yet they have not been applied to my account.

Trophies are:

Channel Surfer - 2 sims finished

mischief mastered - 2 sims mastered

Over Achiever - 6 aspirations completed

legacy player - I’m on generation 10 yet I haven’t received it.

I’m worried my overachiever Sim is going to die before I get the trophy. Is there anyway I can get this trophy before this person passes?
