trouble loading any lot

Since yesterday 21th August had trouble loading into any lots to play with old and new households. anytime I click onto a lot to visit or edited the lot I will get the loading screen and then it just loads back into the merge worlds page. i can now get into  create a sim but can't play any or load lots 

what I have tried to get the game working

• removed mod and reloading game = no change 
• reset MacBook = no change
• repaired on ea app = no change 
• uninstalled and reinstalled - no change 
• Delete cache = only change was able to enter create a sim

nothing worked to allow me to play any household my Main or even a base household. can load any lots can only load world page.

was really looking forward to playing sims as I haven't in a few weeks so hopefully this can be fixed?
