Unable to Save to Libray or Upload

I play Sims 4 on PS4. For the 2nd time since rhe Enchanted by Nature pack release I cannot save any lots/rooms to my library or upload to the gallery. Households I can. When attempting wither I grt "server error this server is temporarily unavailable try again later". I have tried closing the game and relaunching it. I habe tried uploading lots from build mode with no household, and tried after placing a household. Last time the only fix was a brand new save. This "fix" means losing the build I have already completed in the current save and really want to share. It is immensely frustrating as it is the main thing I do in gane, build and upload the builds/build challenges of my own/complete for others.
