Unstoppable "Always on the move - View lessons" notification!

Hi everyone, is anyone else experiencing this or having problems with notifications?

Even without any CC or Mods, I keep getting the "Always on the move - View lessons" notification nonstop. What’s going on?? 😖 I can’t even play because it’s so distracting!

Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it? I’d really appreciate any advice!
