Update bug

After I downloaded the new update, my game started freezing, every time I tried to get my sims to interact with something, they would reset and I'll get this notification that says animation error. 

I initially thought it could be my mods, so I took all my cc out my mods folder, deleted that empty mod folder and made a new one. When I went back into the game, I thought everything was find until I tried to travel, it took me out my household and took me to the world screen with this message.

I deleted my mod folder and went back into the game only to find out, I can't even select which household I want to play, cause this message pops up on my screen once again and prevents me from doing anything.
