Everytime I go into CAS, I’m met with a white screen that I can’t close out of unless I shut down my PC. This hasn’t affected any other aspect of my game, so I have reason to believe it’s because of the new update.
I have removed all of my mods, adjusted the resolution, updated my mods, repaired the game, updated my PC, overall done almost everything I can think of to fix this, but nothing has worked.
Same, I thought it was just me.
i literally cannot use my game. sometimes it wont even open. its annoying.
i thought it was just me!! i got rid of all my cc and script mods, and nothing has worked :( i think it may have to do with the new update because it only started for me after updating the game

same for me. the sims 4 is just a buggy game and they dont care enough to check for these issues
I’m not sure if you have the More Columns mod downloaded. If you do, you have to go into your mods folder and delete it and the redownload the new version. Should work after that :)
I have uninstalled all my mods. It still has not worked. The only thing I can think of to help at this point is a patch or something
Having the same issue got so much stuff excited to play everything loaded in great until I clicked new game and got the white screen of death 💔 I was able to close using task manager though
When I redownloaded the 4 column mod CAS worked after for me.
Had the same issue until I deleted the outdated more columns mod and downloaded the updated version. Works just fine now!
This worked for me too! New game finally loaded in and I can actually browse through the CAS menu again!!

i don’t have the extra columns mod like others have and my CAS still doesn’t work, what could it be?
