I bought 'get to work' and 'cat's & Dogs' back in 2023 and 2022. I even have the order number to prove that I bought these expansion packs. However trying to open old files it says I don't have the pack's, and makes it seem like I have to buy them again. I have tried uninstalling and everything I can think of, please help. (I'm not rebuying the pack's and will request a refund of everything I've purchased soon if this continues).
This does this to me too but with every single pack lol. Go into the ea app and repair the sims 4 it might take a while depending on how many packs you have but it should be fine after that

I figured it out. I used two of my emails when creating an EA account and I signed into the wrong one but I didn’t directly purchase the packs on with. Thank you though.
