[XB] [GALLERY] Infinite Loading when trying to load custom tattoos

I’ve recently purchased the businesses and hobbies expansion for the sims on the Xbox and I’m noticing that everytime I try to get a custom tattoo on the gallery it put my game in this infinite loading mode. The only fix is to completely close out the game. There doesn’t seem to be any work around for getting these off the gallery too. I’m not sure if anyone else has been dealing with this.

Please help, I cannot load content in my sims 4 game. Thank you. It is stuck on a loading loop.

Mine is also doing this! it’s frustrating especially since I just bought the pack little over a month ago, it started after the new update for me

I have been having this same issue for MONTHS! The whole reason I bought this expansion pack was for the gallery tattoos! They really need to fix this!! How can we keep reporting it?

OH MY GOSH! me too!! i seriously thought it was an issue with my PS4 so i restarted my game and then it happened again, like what the heck. every time they "fix a bug", it causes/breaks 10 other features ....
