Xbox game crashes

Sometimes when I'm saving or traveling to or from somewhere the game crashes and goes to Xbox home screen. There doesn't yto be a pattern to it. Sorry I know that's not helpful. 

I have checked my Xbox storage and have plenty of space so don't think it's that.

I save at different time spaces and it's not showing a pattern. Very confusing.

I have no mods or cheats on the game.
