You can not cure your pets at the vet anymore

I have a Sim who is a vet. He owns the clinic. From his perspective the clinic is open, he is there, he has employees. But as soon as I have a sick animal in another household and I go to the clinic with it, noone is there. The place is just dead! Also no other patients... I can not cure my pet at the clinic, which should be a core mechanic of the pack! And I know it worked a few months before, so I know it's not a fault on my end! And I know I can cure my pet myself, but I should not have to! Please fix this!
