Game freezes when interacting with the marketplace

If you load to the main menu of The Sims and wait for 1 full minute, then try opening Marketplace, does the error still appear for you? 

Hello. & Yes. I still receive the same error after waiting for a minute before opening the marketplace. 

BAYLA_period​ Could you make a separate bug report for the "Something went wrong" error you're seeing when you try to claim Country Kitchen? That way we can better track and report these issues. Thank you!

I bought two expansion packs a few hours ago, I downloaded them but when I try to install them in game it goes to a white screen and says “Something went wrong. Content failed to load. Please check your connection and try again” and it gets stuck on my screen so I have to restart the game. I’ve restarted my internet, restarted my ps5, tried restoring licenses (the sims wasn’t in there). I’ve been playing base game since this game came out, I don’t know why it’s giving me problems.
