I just downloaded the marketplace update on my PS5. When I click on the marketplace, the game freezes and I have to force quit the game. Also, when I click on “Claim your free gift” from the side menu, a pop up box shows that says “something went wrong. Content failed to load, please check your connection and try again”. My PlayStation is fully connected to WiFi , so it’s not my connection. Additionally, the pop up box cannot be closed, so I have to force quit the game to bypass it.

If you load to the main menu of The Sims and wait for 1 full minute, then try opening Marketplace, does the error still appear for you?
