Hello ,
I can't see any of my stats or progress in EA Racenet (app or desktop). I'm playing with Xbox Series X. Dirt Rally 2.0 stats are showing fine.
I contacted the EA Chat Support and the agent told me that this is a bug and should not be happening. He said he and his team will report it to the game team to get it fixed ASAP.
I also provided him a screenshot of my EA Racenet page showing something is wrong with my username or player name, see below:
The chat agent prompted me also to post here about the issue and to upvote and comment if other players have encountered this issue, because the community managers are going to look into this, too.
