I'm also experiencing this on the latest version 2.3.1. This bug has been present since launch and still hasn't been addressed. It affects the i20 N too (flickering or z-fighting textures on the rear spoiler).
It happens after experiencing minor damage while playing in chase cam. I can consistently reproduce it on the Italy and Mexico stages (probably other stages too, but I haven't tested them).
