URGENT: EA services blocked in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine
Hello EA Support Team, I am writing to report a critical and urgent issue affecting access to all EA games and services from the city of Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. At the moment, EA services are completely unavailable in Zaporizhzhia. Based on all available evidence, this appears to be caused by an incorrect regional block, where the city has been mistakenly classified as being under Russian control. This classification is factually incorrect. Zaporizhzhia is internationally recognized territory of Ukraine and is under the control of the Ukrainian government. Blocking EA services in this city on the assumption that it belongs to Russia is an error and results in unjustified denial of service to Ukrainian users. Zaporizhzhia is located in Ukraine. The city is not under Russian jurisdiction. Ukrainian ISPs and Ukrainian IP ranges are being blocked. As a result, EA games, EA App, and online services are inaccessible. This issue affects legitimate users who have legally purchased EA products and have no ability to access them due to an administrative or geo filtering mistake on EA’s side. I strongly request that this case be escalated immediately to the appropriate network or compliance team, that EA review and correct the geo blocking and IP classification for Zaporizhzhia, and that access to EA services for users in this region be restored without delay. This is not a political request. It is a technical and factual correction. Continued blocking is based on incorrect assumptions and directly impacts paying customers. Sims free play не загружает
Здравствуйте, после последнего обновления The sims free play, не загружает игру вообще,ни какой впн не помогает. Спустя время написал,что обновление установилось не правильно и написал связаться с тех поддержкой firemonkeys. Помогите пожалуйста, не хочу потерять прогресс весь. На облаке виснет и не включает игру
