My email got hacked and lost access to it
Hello everybody, this happened around 2 months ago, I felt into a trap at discord, by a guy that hacked another friend of mine (using my friend account to steal my data as well), he made me install a minecraft modpack pack, infested with malware. With that I lost access to my email, and since the pc was infested, I needed to reboot the disk so I could get rid of the malware, with that I lost my password notepad, so I dont have the password as well for that account. I have my steam account connected to that ea account, I also have twitch clips proving that I'm the owner of the account as well, but when talking with the support, it's all ai, I can't recover it . Is there any way that someone can help me with? I really wish to recover my account, since isn't even a year since I got myself battlefield 6 on steam, and can't play any of the copies I purchase at time. :(

Got a "Your account has been disable" messages when loading up, so i scan the QR code to see why but when I log in its states there is no penalty. "No History. You have no violations or appeals on your account" So at the next step it says to use the tool to appeal but since there is no ban to appeal, i cannot selecta anything. What do i do? Linked wrong PSN account. HELP Please!!!
I need help, I linked the wrong psn account as I was auto logged in on my browser. When trying to link my psn to apex legends, it just linked it to the one I no longer use but now I cannot unlink it and link it to the correct one and there is no way to contact EA and make a ticket as when I try speak to an advisor, it gives me an issue saying the advisor cannot help with this issue or something like that?? What can I do?Can’t get in touch with anyone!
Hi all, how do I get in touch with someone from EA? My account password has expired, and I no longer have the email or phone number. I was able to get in touch yesterday but now it keeps saying Advisors don’t support these issues? One of them also sent me an email address I could email only to get an email back saying the address is no longer in use? How can I speak to someone?
