Account logged into an unknown email (hacker i think)
I'm trying to log into Apex Legends to play but it tells me my account is disabled, I kept my console off for a long time so I was sure I hadn't done anything, after a while I discovered that my game account is linked to an email that isn't mine, is there a way to change that email? I think they got into my account and changed the email, now I can't link the game account to my emailFC 25 doesn't open, sign in to activate and no internet
hello i have a problem since a week, when i launch the game, it shows it needs to sign in the account to activate on the computer, i use my mail and password, then it shows that my computer is offline, and cannot connect to internet i restarted pc, updated windows, updated ea app, repaired the game, i uninstalled the game then installed, used VPN, i tried many solutions but still cannot launch the game😓😓
Slow download speed in EA App
Hello, I have a 2 Gbit fiber connection internet, 2000 Mbit/s, which usually downloads games on Steam/Riot at a speed of 230-250 MegaBYTES per second. I installed EA App, ran it as administrator, and can not get it to download faster than 7MB/s (around 60Mbits per second). I tried all the mentioned solutions in other threads,forums, youtube videos, nothing helped. But an even bigger issue is this: The EA App actually throttles my internet connection as soon as it starts downloading. For example, in speed test I will do a test and it will be aforementioned 2000 Mbits/s However, as soon as I start the EA App download of Battlefield 1, my actual internet speed goes all the way down to 60-120 Mbit/s range! I can even start a speed test, it will hover around 2000 mbit, at the same time I start the download process, and in the test the speed falls all the way down. Something is very broken with the EA App because it hijacks the internet speed completely. What is going on?An error on our end cause the game failed to launch.
This error has been around for more than a week and it really gets me frustrated. I tried every methods in every articles or forums I found but nothing helps. What do I supposed to do now, I really lost. Perhaps this will be my last product I bought from EA. Can even get to play the game you paid by your own money :/
Ea app will not open
I've been trying for days to fix the problem my ea app wouldn't open it said error code 10005 I uninstalled and re installed the app and it now says it has trouble connecting to update servers i've also removed all my mods and the game still wouldn't work I think it is a issue with the connection status as in the files it has a red cross next to it but i don’t know how to fix it

Can EA give me a human and not automated response? Y’all billed me 2x and when 1 charge was reversed of the DOUBLE billed you decided to remove my game, tell me I’m one infarct away from being banned and when I gave proof you sent an auto email back. EA double charged me for 4 sims 4 DLC. I caught it on PayPal instead of roughly $60 I was charged over $120 on a limited income with a **bleep** terminal illness that uses this game to escape. I reached out to PayPal they verified I was billed DOUBLE werewolves & a bundle when on sale. Now you’ve sent me emails saying I have to rebuy it (now not on sale and way over budget) when y’all billed me 2x for each item I purchased. Now I’m out $60+ and you removed my game that I paid for, again, DOUBLE for. Please a human contact me. Thanks.
