Can't open EA App
Hi, I have had an ongoing issue with being able to open the EA App. Every time I open it I get EC:10005 and then another code EC:10015. Here's what I've already tried: Reinstalled EA App multiple times Cleared caches and keychain entries Flushed DNS and reset network settings Tested under a new macOS user account Tried the EA Error Reporter (It fails with the same error) Despite all that, the app still won't launch. My internet connection is stable and other online apps work fine, so this doesn't appear to be a network issue. Please could someone from the backend or community team please help? This has happened for the last couple of hours. I’m trying to finish off an evo but can’t because my matches that I win count as losses and I get kicked out of UT. Unacceptable especially as there’s no warning or explanation for what’s going on. Just a joke honestlyAccessing old account
Hey, I've and old account that I haven't used in years, I wanted to access it again, however the e-mail I used back then is long dead. What I have is my Steam account linked and one or two games that I have purchased, but receipt is not really accessible since it was also on that same e-mail adress. Does things like the steam account or anything about the physical copy of a game (Mass Effect: Andromeda) I still have help?EA App not installing Game Pass EA games
I’m having an issue with EA Play games from Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on PC. When I click Install on EA games in the Xbox app, it redirects me to the EA App but nothing properly installs. For example, with EA Sports FC 26, it only starts downloading the “Showcase” version instead of the full game. With other games like F1 25, the EA App opens but nothing happens after that. My Xbox account and EA account are already linked. I even tried unlinking and relinking them, but the problem is still the same. Has anyone experienced this or knows a fix?
STOP STEALING FOCUS ON GAME EXIT
When I exit a game I bought on Steam such as Mass Effect Legendary Edition, EA App brings its window to foreground... TWICE... in a span of few seconds. How hard it is to: 1. Not show app if it was minimized 2. Not put it in foreground (that's actually considered malicious behavior in Windows) 3. At least not do it twice but wait until it's ready Claude writes better code.Unrecoverable account
Hello I am having a problem with trying to unlink my Playstation account from an ea account I linked to a Gmail account I deleted awhile back. I've tried logging in to the EA account through the Playstation account but then it sends a verification code to the said Gmail that no longer exists. I've tried creating it again and recovering it through Google but no matter what I do it doesn't let me recover, create, or login to the Gmail account. I've tried linking the playstation account to another EA account I own but then it says it won't do it since it is already linked to the original EA account which I cannot get into. Is there a way to unlink the accounts without having to log in or is my playstation account forever linked to an unrecoverable EA account making it impossible to play EA games on my Playstation ever again?
