Sims 4 and expansions GONE
I recently logged in after downloading the new EA app and my Sims games were all there and their expansions, no problem. Fast forward to today, NONE of the games are in my library. It says I own the main game, Sims 4, but all the expansion packs say I need to pay for them again. I'm very upset by this. Anyone else dealt with this or had it fixed by EA? I did send in a support ticket
My email address is spelled wrong (Can't get into my account)
Not sure where to put this tbh it's probably just a me problem but when I was little I made an account with a wrong email address I spelled it wrong but that account had all my old games my granddad bought me I know the username which is (ShyanneScales) If there is any other information you guys may need for this account I'll try my best to give it but the email is spelled wrong and I cannot get into it. I've had that account since I was little due to my granddad and with my Granddad now passing I tried to get back into it because I wanted to play my old games and reminisce but I cannot for the life of me figure out the email address! The email was supposed to be (removed by CM) but I misspelled. I have no clue where else to ask about all this I probably won't be able to get my account back but I would like to try because it's something I had when my Granddad was alive. Error 10005 in EA app
Hi, I am facing issues with the EA app. I downloaded and installed the FC 25 game 3 days earlier on my Steam account. The game suggested that I download the EA app and create an account. I did so, however, I could not log in. The text appeared in a dialogue box stating, "The app could not connect to the EA server and check your internet connection." EC 10005 error. At first, I thought it was merely an internet/server issue. Yet the next day I found the same issue. I even uninstalled the game and ea app and installed it back again. I ran the program via the administrator option and took all the information either from YouTube/the EA official website. My Graphics drivers are up to date, so are my Directx and also my C++ I unclogged the cache files multiple times. I have tried the EA app updater it says "unable to connect with update server" I don't know why and I have been trying it for roughly 3 /4 days. It is truly absurd how trivial things can jeopardize the whole gaming experience. Can I please get a solution to this?
My steam account is linked with an ea account which is not mine
i have a steam account which conntains 4 ea games (Samurai - https://steamcommunity.com/id/GetRichOrDieTriyin/) i tried to log-in to play burnout paradise remastred, and i found out that my account is linked to an ea account which is not mine, i'm 100% sure that this isn't my account, you can even check my battlefield 3 account Do something please - Boutaleb Mohammed.
I can't disconnect an old account from my steam
I can't seem to disconnect this old account from my steam when I don't even use it anymore I can play my games fine and that's great but I really would like to be able to use EA for what it is but I can't sign into EA without putting in a security code that gets sent to an old Gmail that I don't remember any of the login info for is there any way I can do a account recovery for EA or something please I need help
