CANT UPDATE MY EMAIL ADDRESS
I am a ea game player since 2018,my first account created back then has never changed email address linked to this ea account,and i found out that i cannot change my email address when i was trying to do so back in january,i even talked several times with the advisor and it all didnt work out. I thought it was a temporary backend issue,so i waited until today,it still couldnt work out,not in the website,not even i contect another advisor! now im about get rid of my old email and i dont want to lose this old game account that i love,what can i do?

With the upcoming base game update on May 12, and even EA warning players about mod and CC issues beforehand, I genuinely want to ask: how can I stop my game from updating automatically forever? Every major patch breaks mods, creates new bugs, and turns the game into a stressful troubleshooting puzzle instead of something enjoyable. I spend more time resolving conflicts, checking for broken CC, and repairing saves than I do actually playing. Why do these updates keep introducing more problems instead of fixing them? At this point, I would honestly prefer to stay on a stable version of the game permanently. Is there an official way to completely prevent future updates without constantly fighting with the EA App?won't let me play
I was logged in and viewing the app via wifi, but then lost wifi and tried to play the sims 4. it told me it "had been a while since i was logged in through wifi and it needed to verify my identity." It logged me out and did the same problem after logging back in with a code from my email. SO, it's not that you can't verify my identity or account, but you have some other problem. If the app literally won't let me play the game, then I'll just find a different game creator and a better game without a million bugs and glitches because of poor planning and greed. EA, you have found the straw that broke me from even playing at all. I hope everyone else who has this problem also abandons your declining gamesLost email

Hello EA Support, I’m reaching out because I’m extremely frustrated and honestly upset about an issue I’ve been trying to resolve for quite some time now. I’ve had my EA account since July 4, 2018, and it’s very important to me. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email address associated with the account, which has made it impossible for me to complete the verification process when trying to log in on my new console. I want to emphasize that I have made multiple attempts to recover my account through your support system. Each time, I’ve provided as much information as possible, including proof of purchases I’ve made through my system, in hopes of verifying that I am the rightful owner. Despite this, I haven’t been able to regain access. Additionally, the PlayStation account linked to my EA account has never changed. It has remained consistent the entire time, which makes this situation even more confusing. I’ve also been told during the process that I should receive a pop-up notification on my system to verify my login—but that pop-up never appears, no matter how many times I try. At this point, I feel stuck. I’ve followed all the steps, provided proof, and still haven’t been able to resolve this issue. It’s incredibly discouraging, especially considering how long I’ve had this account and the time and money I’ve invested into it. i've had the Sims for over 3 years now, but only recently it has been deleting the game from my EA app by itself. I've tried restarting my PC, redownloading EA, checking my origin account, nothings working. Every time i try to redownload the sims after, it says it's loaded up to 100% in seconds and just doesn't download.
Trying to connect EA Origins with GOG Galaxy through the PC App not working.
I'm trying to connect/link my Origins account with GOG Galaxy account on the GOG PC App but every time I try to login I get the "Your request cannot be completed. Service limitations apply." This happened I believe after a few unsuccessful attempts in logging in since its been a while since I've logged on. I successfully changed my password and managed to log on here to post about it but I still can't get through on the GOG App. Please help.
