Ea Help Message: "This issue isn't supported by advisors"
Currently attempting to open a case using EA Help to verify my identity but keep getting this reloaded page stating: "This issue isn't supported by advisors." I had a previous case opened roughly 2 weeks ago that was unable to verify. Is this the reason that message keeps showing up? I want to try again due to unsatisfactory effort on behalf of support team member Alternatively, is there an EA support email address available to assist me in verifying account? Ultimately, I want to join EA Play Pro, currently Game Pass Ultimate with access to EA Play on EA app for PC. Unbeknownst to me at the time of joining Ultimate 1 month ago, these two accounts were linked YEARS ago and I no longer have access to the email address I used when creating my EA account. I have an active PC Game Pass subscription and my Microsoft account is linked to my EA account. However, the EA App does not show that I have EA Play, and the Xbox app says it cannot connect to the EA App. Could anyone explain why this is happening or how I can fix it? I want to subscribed to EA Play Pro in the United States through the EA App on PC. However, I am unable to find EA Sports FC 26 listed in the Play Pro catalog. Could you please confirm whether FC 26 is currently included in the EA Play Pro subscription in the U.S.? If it is included, I would appreciate your guidance on why it may not be appearing.
Wrongful charges from EA.
Hi, While looking for something else in my bank statements, I noticed that every two months, I'm getting a ~35$ charge. I used to have a paid annual subscription, but that was in 2022 and I didn't renew it. It ended in April 2023. It would be difficult for me to believe that the charges I am seeing to be related to that subscription as those charges started Jan 21 2025, more than 2 years after the subscription ended. Then, I was charged on March 23rd 2025, May 22nd 2025, July 21th 2025, Sept. 19th 2025, Nov 18th 2025 and Jan 17th 2026. Those are all the same amount; $34.47. In all, that's almost $300 CAD with taxes and everything. These charges are all linked to the merchant "EA ELECTR" so, if there are others linked to a different name, I do not know. My EA account information shows the items charged. As it should, my account information do state that I am not subscribing to anything. In short, there should not be any charge to my account. Example of the charges attached below. I also attached the proof that my membership had expired too. I tried to contact support, but I hit a wall with the chat bot. It can't understand that I want an explanation on a charge that isn't linked to a game. Even asking to talk to a human, all it does it loop back to the start. This need to be fixed ASAP. If more info is needed, please ask and I'll try to answer as fast as possible. Thanks.
Not getting full access to EA Play on PS5
Hi all, I wonder if someone can help me I have been a EA Play member for a few years on my PS5 and i recently noticed that when I go to view games on my EA Play Subscription on the PS5 i only have 3 games that come up (picture attached) I have gone to my PlayStation account and my EA Play subscription looks like its linked up and I have a paid membership until next year. So i am a bit confused as to why i am only seeing 3 games when i know there are a lot more, could someone help me please? I thought it was a glitch at first but this has been 3 days now. Every time the NFL madden 24 intro is over it tells me to sign back into my EA account that i installed it under, even though with my subscription had never signed me out and still can't access my saved data. Hello , Ea play membership is expired on my account long time ago maybe 2 months ago , and just now it take from my card a new subscription, even my card are not in the payment and wallet of my account, I already delete it !!!
