Not scrolling down
Hello, I have an issue when choosing plants for the level. I just can't scroll down to choose plants from other mints. I tried to delete and reinstall, but it only made worse, as my old account has been deleted (I guess, because i cannot log in it again). So, what would be the solution? Any answer is appriciated... (My device is Samsung s10 ultra, so it can't be the problem)Matchmaking issue
Hello EA I have a technical issue regarding the matchmaking. I've been playing pvz heroes since June and since then I couldn't get into a single multiplayer match, I am stuck in wooden league. I have restarted the game, disconected and conected again but it's useless, please help me
My PvZ game acts like I did not buy it
So today I decided to play PvZ game after a whole three years (medschool.) and it said (see the screens) we could not activate this game on your computer on your origin account, provide the key code or buy it / register in the account it was boight from. Dude it was bought from this account back when EA was Origin, but so were the Sims 4 and it is fine. So then I tried to enter the key code, but the game said my computer was offline which is bull**bleep** of course. I really do not want to buy it again... Does anyone have any idea what to do ?Kritik dan saran
Hi EA Team, I hope you're doing well! I’ve been a big fan of Plants vs. Zombies 2 and have been playing it for several years now. I really appreciate all the fun and creativity in the game. I just have a few questions and suggestions: 1. When will a new Arena be released? It’s been a few years since we’ve had a new Arena update. Right now, it feels like there are only new plants being added, but no fresh gameplay modes or challenges. 2. I can’t find Parsnip in the shop or premium plant list. Has it been removed or is it only available at certain times? 3. Could you add more fun bonus features, like: A lucky wheel or daily spin for rewards A “wishing tree” where players can plant seeds and get bonus seed packets Or even some kind of daily mini-games with random prizes 4. Will there be regular monthly events in the future? It would be great to have something special to look forward to every month. Thanks so much for continuing to develop the game. In the game: Planta VS Zombies 2 Two days ago, I purchased a plant in the mobile game Plants vs. Zombies 2. When I made the purchase, an error appeared, and I did not receive the item. Unfortunately, I was still charged for it. I have the purchase receipt, but I have not been given the item. I have tried to get help through all available channels, but when I press "Help" within the game, I get an Error 404 – page not found. I need to receive the plant I paid for, and if necessary, I can provide the receipt. What I don’t think is fair is that I have been asking for help for two days and have been ignored.
Coins balance negative
Hello, On my account I noticed that my coins are -578,927,578(i suspect due to an integer overflow) I cannot purchase anything with coins since it s negative and conidered <0. I tried reaching the support. The solutions were pretty much like: Restart the app, Install/Uninstall and lately the team told me that they will investigate once someone else reports the error. 2 months and still no solution. Anyone else facing the same problem ?
