Need to change my account region to buy fc points

Hi everyone, I used to play FC Mobile without any issues on my Lenovo M10 FHD Plus tablet. However, after the screen broke, we gave it for repair. After getting it back, the next issue was that the tablet wasn’t charging properly (it showed the charging icon but wasn’t actually charging). We paid the repair shop to replace the battery — they said they ordered a new one via courier and installed it. After that, we still had issues with the battery, but once we changed the charging adapter, the device started working normally again. Now, all apps are working fine except FC Mobile. When I open the app, it only shows the EA Mobile logo and then crashes — not by force-closing, but by sending me straight to the lock screen. If I keep touching the screen continuously, the app loads. However, once I start a match, it lags a lot (especially during ball passing, etc.). This only happens with FC Mobile — other games like Lichess, Murder on Alps work just fine. Can someone please help me with this issue? Thanks and regards, Jo
