Vibrations turning off on controller
Randomly in online races, usually when someone in the lobby is lagging, all vibrations either reduce to a low setting or completely stop on PS5 and it makes the car extremely difficult to drive. A quick fix is to pause and un-pause the game, bringing back vibrations momentarily until they break again, usually within a lap. An easy fix would be to make vibrations client side if possible to avoid lag breaking them. This has been happening for the whole of F1 25, but since the 2026 DLC released it seems to have gotten worse. As far as I know this only affects PS5.crossplay online lobbies

Whenever I try to play multiplayer online races with crossplay enabled, I am kicked out and get the message, “Error. Failed to join session. Error code PP65539.” I play on PS5 and the only way I can play online races is with crossplay disabled, this stops me from competing in league races and just against other platform players in total, anyone know any fixes? Would be much appreciated 🙏F1 25 does not launch — EA Javelin Event ID 1000 / 0xC0000005 / Windows 11 25H2
Hello, I cannot launch F1 25 on PC through Steam / EA Play. The game does not reach the main menu. Launch flow: Steam starts the game → EA App opens → EA Javelin AntiCheat starts → F1 25 closes/crashes. Event Viewer shows: EA Javelin Anticheat Event ID: 1000 f1_25.exe exited unexpectedly Code: 0xC0000005 System: Windows 11 Pro 25H2 Build: 26200.8737 GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti NVIDIA driver: 32.0.16.1062 Steam AppID: 3059520 Secure Boot: Enabled TPM 2.0: Present and Ready Already tried: - EA App reinstall - Steam Verify Integrity - EA AntiCheat / EA Javelin repair - Secure Boot / TPM check - NVIDIA Overlay / FrameView disabled - FACEIT Anti-Cheat fully removed - Checked other anti-cheat services/drivers - VC++ Redistributables checked - Recent Windows updates removed and tested - Memory Integrity / HVCI disabled and tested - Shader cache / F1 25 user folder reset - Multiple reboots and clean launch attempts Nothing helped. I also contacted EA Help multiple times. The chats were repeatedly disconnected by timeout, and I was asked basic scripted questions despite already providing diagnostics, DxDiag, and Event Viewer details. This does not look like a normal installation issue. It looks like an EA Javelin AntiCheat compatibility/crash issue on Windows 11 25H2 / build 26200. Please escalate this to the EA Javelin / F1 25 technical team. If anyone has the same issue or found a working fix, please reply here.Freeze + crash on PC out of nowhere
I've been encountering an issue on F1 25 where the game just freezes. It stops taking inputs and this will happen for 10-15 seconds most of the time but sometimes it'll keep going onto upwards of 30 seconds. This is a rather common occurance and has been happening a lot to me lately. I'd love a fix for this since I like to do long races and the game freezes on me 5 laps in and next thing I know I'm in the barrier and got damage. My rig was the following hardware: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, RTX 3080, 64GB of DDR4. I have the game installed on a SSD and use a Moza R5 wheel base to play. I have all my overlays (discord and nvidia) turned off since I saw that was an issue that'd cause the freezes as well. Please help me fix this as soon as possible[Bug] Unrealistic AI Wet Weather Pace... AGAIN!
Platform: PC (Steam) Game Mode: Career Mode Track: Suzuka Circuit AI Level: 100% Control Device: Logitech G29 Description of the Issue: There is a massive discrepancy in AI pace between dry and wet track conditions on the Suzuka Circuit when playing at 100% AI difficulty. Dry Conditions: The balance is perfect. My lap times are completely competitive and equal to my teammate’s pace. Wet Conditions (Intermediate / Full Wet): As soon as the rain starts, the AI suddenly becomes 5 to 10 seconds per lap faster than humanly possible, despite using the correct compound for the conditions. The AI gains an immense, unnatural advantage specifically on corner exits and straight-line speed through wet sections, suggesting their traction physics and power delivery are unaffected by the low-grip surface. Background & History: This exact issue was already present in the original F1 25 (before 2026 seazon pack) and was reported multiple times by the community. Although previous bug report threads on this topic were marked as "Solved" / "Resolved" on the forums, the issue was never actually fixed in the game. Subsequent reports from players regarding this bug have been consistently ignored, yet the problem persists in the 2026 Season Pack. Expected Result: AI lap times in the wet should scale realistically, increasing by a similar margin as the player's lap times due to reduced grip. Actual Result: The player loses traction and time naturally, while the AI retains dry-like traction on corner exits, gaining up to 5–10 seconds per lap and dominating on straight lines. Additional Notes: This issue completely ruins wet weather sessions and races on higher AI difficulties, as the player cannot adjust the AI difficulty slider mid-session once the rain starts falling.
