Madden Academy issues
I have customer support about the fact I have created or added traits and it still says I have yet to do o. I explained at 1 every starter had traits assigned to them and they admit there is a glitch and they refuse to issue a ticket. They told me I had to create a message here to get help. Isn’t that what Customer Support does? ALSO, on a side note, HOW and why would one use 2.5 gb. Of data in less than 2 weeks?EA SUPPORT is better know as LACK OF SUPPORT
It’s incredible to have chat bot’s and agents hiding behind messages not resolve any issues that arise within the game. I have played madden for many years and this will be my last. The support is horrible and this game should not bear the name of such a legend like John Madden . This is an embarassment to gaming and lack of service for the consumer.. All i asked is for fix to complete Ray Lewis trade when i have all the eligible players so i can complete obtain necessary player for 2nd time to complete mythic set and i attached images to confirm below. A simple request to fix or compensate a consumer for what has been earned or could be earned with players to complete a trade is not resolved yet circles of responses with no accountability or resolve for the end consumer.. If you feel the same pass the word and share. As gamers we should not tolerate brands who dont support the consumer cause they are too big.. EA enjoy the last season i will complete for my team, as i will not play or have any family members utilize any EA game going further.
Zero Chill pass not tracking objectives

Field Pass Summarize your bug I completed a zero chill champions set as the objective for the zero chill pass asked. Received no xp for completing the set after working towards it for hours. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete the zero chill 93 ovr champions set. Check completed zero chill objectives. What happens when the bug occurs? I don’t receive xp and when I restart the game nothing happens. What do you expect to see? I expect to level up in the zero chill pass and the box next to that objective be checked. After spending hours to complete the zero chill 93 ovr champion pack I did not receive xp from the zero chill pass. The zero chill objectives state that completing this set will give you 2500 xp which I did not receive. This would be the last of the xp I need to complete the pass and receive the final reward.
