Matching Moments not giving prizes
The last two prizes I've earned haven't been applied to my totals when I click "Claim." One was a boxing glove and one was 200 coins. A couple days ago, when there were no matches left, the game froze and didn't move the symbols to keep playing, but that seems to have resolved itself after rebooting.Matching Moments Stuck on Story Screen both phone and PC
I'm not sure what level I'm on but I'm stuck at the story screen with the fountain that starts with "Safety inspector Phil speaking..." Ironically, The screen where Nora says "Please work... please work..." to get the fountain working won't advance. The skip screen doesn't work when I tap on it, like it's frozen. I was playing on my android phone, and then tried it on a laptop in Firefox, it's still stuck. I can at least click on the "skip" button but it doesn't do anything. I can't play the game anymore because it's stuck on this screen.
