Solitaire Home Story "A Problem Repeatedly Occurred"
Solitaire Home Story has not worked for weeks! Keep getting ‘ a problem repeatedly occurred’ . What gives? In the troubleshooting you blame our devices. Not true! Other games work just fine. Matching Moments the sister to Solitaire Home Story works just fine. This is so frustrating! And yet challenges are offered left and right for this game. Almost makes me want to quit Club Pogo and not renew. Please fix this or I’ll be quitting Club Pogo. No sense paying for the yearly fee for games that don’t work.Can't open pogo
Tried everything settings and security correct so try it can open up keeps kicking me off and now they tell me it's locked wants me to go to a company that wants to charge me and needs my credit card number which I do not give to someone I don't know so what is going on it worked perfectly fine and now all of a sudden we can't open it I paid my money for my fee been a member of pogo the special one for a long time really upset over thisTutorial Stuck on Level 12: Mahjong Safari
Hello...I am working on a weekly badge for Mahjong Safari. However, I am unable to continue on level 12 because the tutorial gets stuck once I clear the first set of tiles and wants to repeat. I have reset my PC laptop several times and this has not resolved the issue. I do not have any trouble playing other POGO games. I have tried to reset the tutorials as well to no avail. I wish there was a way or that I knew a way to turn off the tutorials as I do not need them. Thank you...PLEASE HELP! Mahjong sanctuary stuck in task list!
Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. Thank you for any help you can give
