Farm Merge Valley not saving progress

it gets worse. i ended up completing all 10 daily challenges and i am once again right back at the start as if i never did anything today.

this is ridiculous. pogo is such a sh*t show!!

Maybe this isn't the right place to post this, as it was a different game, but I completed a number of things in Merge Academy that were all un-done when I returned later! Played around 12-1 pm ish (central time).

In Grid event I uncovered a tile, got one more of the items in my next order ready, generated at least 100 items.... In Main event, I generated and merged a minimum of 100 items. Outside of the two grids, I collected all of the every-12-hour rewards (and put them on the grid), opened a purple sticker pack... Now, because those activities are in separate parts of the game, if it was a simple forgot-to-click "Save & Exit" (ignoring the fact that I am up to Rank 46 and know how it works) it should not have LOST that amount of activities completed.

Came back at 4:41 pm. Not only was it showing the map with the exclamation point (which should not be back for another 7 hours) my energy in both Main grid and Grid event were at 1. If I somehow got disconnected and stuff was lost earlier, why did my energy not start regenerating while I was gone??? It did at least let me re-open my purple sticker pack, but all the other merges I did earlier were just rolled back as if I never did them!

Original activities were on Laptop, Windows 11, Chrome Version 156.0.8078.48

Sign-on when I discovered everything missing was iPhone iOS 27.0. Confirmed on laptop the fact that items were NOT there, my energy was not full, and it does not recognize me already gathering my freebies 6-ish hours ago.

To clarify: I received NO error messages, no disconnection issues, no indications of any problems. When I left the game it seemed fine. When I returned it seemed fine - just to a PREVIOUS stopping point, not my most recent one.

This is happening again today.

Completed a few dailies... left it for a bit. Came back and it was like nothing had happened.

This is ridiculous. Game isn't even playable.

I'm having the same problem. Several times now in the last week I have had hours of merge progress lost on exit & return in a few hours, although all the clocks keep ticking to completion. Extremely frustrating.

Sme thing just happened to me in Farm Merge Valley, in Chrome on a PC. Went to get coffee, came back to the "Are you still playing?" pop-up, so I reset the tab. Poof! All of today's progress, including a new sticker, is gone.

This has happened to several people I've met in the game; none have been able to get any help at all from EA, even after hours of being on hold to talk to a human.

Still happening today...

don't seem to be getting the energy i've spent back when these refreshes happen either. just keeps decreasing...

if there's any support out there, we deserve compensation for this game's issues. 3 days of lost time, missing rewards, and missing constellation/daily rewards. you cannot continue to be silent!

Slightly unrelated to the current issue, but seems like a good place to share my suggestion:

I try to always Save (where available) and Quit a game if I am not actively playing. In the past I have had problems where it times out and doesn't tell you until AFTER you resume play, and then it restarts, taking your latest progress with it. If I am interrupted unexpectedly and come back, I will finish any open game and cross my fingers and hope it saves. If, however, I left Pogo open on a game's main page for more than a couple of minutes I immediately exit and re-start (not just refresh the page), just to make sure nothing is silently disconnected. For the most part (except as I reported 2 days ago in this thread) this helps prevent the agony of getting the "Unfortunately, your progress could not be saved. Do you want to try saving it again?" blue box.

What happened to me two days ago had NO messages like this, my progress was just rolled back to an earlier session of playing the game.

Yes, this is Lildevilswimmer4 and this has now happened to me for the past 2 days.  My daily kicks off at 7:32am pacific time.  it's now 11:53am and I had completed 8/10 dailies.  I was also up to 122658 in my crown points and the whole game reset and my crown points are now down to 99,535.  What is going on?????

The AUTOSAVE is saving, but not WORKING! ! ! !, I tried to manually save, and it still isn't working.  it reset my daily to 0/10 , took my crown points back to when I woke up this morning, and the two workers I bought to use, disappeared but the gems are gone.

Going to stop playing, it's a waste of time.

Please fix.

Hey pogo?? How about an update??? Or are you going to ignore this too?
