Stair railing
Stair railings should be split and editable rather than 'automatically' applied to both sides. Years have passed and these basic updates still... don't happen. I don't understand. Left and right stair railings must be installed separately. I was just designing a house and thought it would be a good idea to give up railings. what's the matter?😩Soocoolsim's Showcase ⚜️

We need a hospital and GP expansion pack!
We need a pack or road map where we can visit the hospital or gp office if they become sick not just when having a baby! Also have plots to make houses in the same town! This would be amazing and useful for careers..... who else thinks this should be a thing?

Base Game Builds Challenges!
I decided to go and look at the base game builds that I did with my cutesyjenn account, and found that they have gotten more downloads than most of the builds I have made that utilize multiple packs. So it seems that base game builds are in demand. For example my cottage using cottage living got 14 downloads, but when I took that same build and made it purely base game it got 47 downloads. So maybe it's time to take on the challenge of creating for players who can't afford packs! I have found that if you toggle on "base game" only stuff in b&b, it will untoggle itself at some point, so just make sure to keep an eye on that. :) In any case, let's get building! You guys may know that my challenges are pretty loose, and there are no winners or losers, this is for those of us who like to build and just want another challenge! Let's see. First challenge. How about...make a base game occult build, so think any occult in the game or not in the game (I know a lot of us have asked for fairies, for example, and that's probably what I'll be doing!) - I think this will be a fun one! Now I have to get building lol. Desired Game Additions
I know there is a thread about this somewhere but gave up searching. This is by no means an exhaustive list as I could go on for hours but my top asks Sims Team are as follows: Height slider in CAS. Self explanatory. The game is over 20 years old and we still don't have this! Color wheel and ability to upload swatches. I want to choose what shade of red I have on my couch/curtains. Speaking of curtains will you please make curtains to fit the windows you add to each pack...make it part of the sets. Functioning Toasters, Blenders, Air Fryers. Under counter microwaves. Please also include wall and over stove microwaves too. Wall ovens. Larger stoves/ovens 1 1/2- 2 tiles. See picture. Also the exhaust fans need to fit the stoves and a better variety of those. Example in pictures. In counter garbage/recycle receptacles . Vehicles. Garage doors. Functioning. Can we put multiple heights on adjoining sections of a home please. IE split level homes. Attached garages. Double sinks. King size beds. Ability to turn one tile furniture into larger for example a chair to couch or a single tile table to double wide and four long. The ability to position mirrors at any height on walls. Make plants and clutter smaller tiles to fit better on shelves, or on floor plan. Ability to add throws and more pillows to chairs and couches and beds. Porch swings. Keurig type coffee maker. Design tool to allow us to create or upload designs for tattoos, art, wallpaper etc. Wall design sections....maybe I want a backsplash but the rest of the wall something else. Or the wainscotting to be 3/4 of the wall not half. I recommend we would be able divide in sections to our chosen size. More customizing capability. Such as Create a World. Please give us this! Not having to use custom content and mods to obtain these items.

Welcome to my Showcase Thread, and thanks for visiting! A little bit about me: I'm not really a game player but I do LOVE to build and have been creating since Sims 2 came out. I mostly built for myself (back in the day), then started joining building contests and challenges in the old Sims 3 community forums, which then led to me becoming a member of the DNA request team and started creating for others for six years. I have been participating in several world collaborations most recently and it's been a lot of fun. I've learned a lot about building in these past 10-12 years and have improved quite a bit since those early days. I'm a stickler for details and aim for realistic interiors in my creations.
