[BH] Hobby-White board vanished and can‘t be placed (Script Call Failed)

Hi,

I'm unable to place the "Sharing is caring hobby whiteboard" due to a "Script call fail". I don't have the "plant containment cell" placed on my lot. I have never used mods or CC, the game is updated and I have tried repairing it. I've tried on other lot types and had the same error message. Also I'm on PC 

I played yesterday and it was working fine? Does anyone know how to fix this?

I just got the most recent update for the game today and now when I try to place the Sharing is Caring Hobby Board, I get the error "Script Call Failed." When I Googled the error, the suggestion was that it conflicted with certain mods. I don't play with any mods and never have. My game is completely vanilla. The only thing I did to my legacy house after updating the game a couple of hours ago was put in a second basement level, so I have a basement and then a basement under the basement. Now I have the new error.

I get the same error message. 🙁

I tested other savegames, a new savegame and played and unplayed households.

On PS i can‘t repair the game, but i cleared the cache and try to rebuild the database. (I hope it is the right translation for it.)

I am experiencing the same issue. I use mods but started a new game for the update and took out my mods folder. It won't even set down BG furniture for me in buy mode. When I place it, it just immediately disappears.

I cannot play the game since the update I had a few hours ago because vital gameplay items are coming up as 'script call failed'. 

I have never had and currently do not have any mods whatsoever. I have cleared the cache on the game and on the EA app, and repaired the game fully, updated my laptop and restarted everything and it still isn't working. Does anyone have any advice?? They update the game and it stops working?!

I am having the same issue. I do not use mods either. I’ve tried repairing the game through the EA App, but it’s still not working. 

I'm another Plus to this very issue. I've not tested anything else as yet, didn't see any point, if one thing is broke, I'm sure there's more. PC user. 

Same issue here, even with mods off and in a new save. It is missing from my build and I get the "Script Call Failed" error when trying to place it again.

Hi! I can confirm the same issue on PC. It seems to be specific to this item. :( No small business plays right now.
