Playstation Ban and My EA Account
Hello, My PlayStation account has been permanently banned due to messages I posted that I didn't send. I can't find anyone to appeal to, and I have an Ultimate Team on my EA account that I've put a lot of effort into, but I can't play matches with it because PlayStation banned me for messages I didn't send. I kindly request your help in linking my EA account to another PlayStation account. Many people are suffering from this problem, and a lot of our hard work has gone to waste. Please do something about this; PlayStation banned us, took away our right to appeal, we can't find anyone to help, and we can't log in with our EA account. I’m a casual player with a reasonable squad lineup and was consistent elite 1 with usually 1 loss out of 16+2 matches each week. This week I’ve lost to ALL matches against 87~88 rating teams on world class, WORLD CLASS difficulty!!!! It’s not that I’ve conceded even one match against even higher rating teams with R9, birthday Pina and etc, I just consistently loss out to rare gold card players. Gameplay feels like playing on legendary difficulty with super hard pressing when in possession, people rush like rocket to intercept my pass and BLOCK my players from running forward (this is just too gross). Their attacks are solely one-touched so I’m never able to defend manually against them, and my defending ai is never up to their job anyway. Please explain to me how it’s possible that from losing 1 match to losing like 5 matches in a week with a better team than previous weeks, and how these matches against rare gold card players are so unplayable?Matchmaking
Well done EA, you’ve done everything possible to turn this game into a copy of FC 25. This is the worst matchmaking I’ve experienced since I started playing your games! Every pass is wrong I press left and my player passes to the right or forward. I don’t even want to comment on player switching instead of selecting the closest player, it switches to someone farther away, which makes no sense.Every opponent I face in Gauntlet has R9, Smith, and Pina. Some random Georges is outrunning Adeyemi with 97 pace. But the worst thing about all of this is the community. Until we, the players, start helping each other, the game will stay at this level! It’s impossible that in 12 consecutive matches I give away a goal and only two people return the favor.This game has become a complete disgrace.EA FC 26 fps drop issues
I have almost 300 hours in EA FC 26, but I experience this FPS drop issue every time. Electronic Arts supposedly promised to address player demands this year, but there's almost no new content for PC players. Please either fix this optimization problem or don't release the game on PC until you do. If you do release it, please do it properly. You don't seem to read the comments; you've just made two ridiculous in-game improvements and essentially abandoned the game. We expect a reaction from the authorities to resolve this as soon as possible. It's not impossible; the company has millions of programmers. Haven't they ever played the game on a PC? Look it up, and if it doesn't work, create a better version and release it on PC. It's not that difficult. We expect a solution as soon as possible. Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. Feel free to comment about your experience with EA Help, and if you managed to get unbanned, let us know how you did it. Has anyone experienced the same problem as me? I bought Roy Makaay from the transfer market, but he doesn’t appear in the club. Then two days later I got him from packs, and he still didn’t appear in the club. I contacted technical support and they said that I rejected him when he appeared and that he can’t be restored. That’s completely ridiculous. What about the purchase from the transfer market then? I guess maybe someone else is secretly using my account and rejecting Roy Makaay for me 🤣.46Views0likes6Comments
