Hello everyone, EA Community Team, I’m reaching out to ask for help with my ongoing Transfer Market restriction issue on the FC Companion App and Web App. On January 29, 2026, my EA account was wrongfully banned without any rule-breaking on my part. Shortly after, on January 31, I received an official notification stating:Your account has temporarily lost access to trade on the EA SPORTS FC™ Companion App. To earn access to the Transfer Market on the Companion App, you must play more in-game. My account was finally fully unbanned and restored on March 7. Since the day of my release, I have strictly followed all official requirements. I have completed at least three full FUT online matches every single day, with no early exits, intentional disconnections, or violations of any EA terms. I have also tried different game modes regularly to meet the gameplay standards. Unfortunately, even after more than one month of consistent and compliant gameplay, my Web and Companion Transfer Market is still locked. I have contacted EA customer support multiple times to explain my situation, but this problem has not been resolved. Frontline agents are unable to manually unlock the market or escalate my case to the relevant review team. This market lock is entirely caused by the previous incorrect account ban. I have fully proven my good account standing and met every condition EA listed for regaining Transfer Market access. I sincerely hope the official team can look into my account manually, review my long-term legitimate gameplay, and remove the unnecessary Transfer Market restriction. Ban for no reason , and no one answer me , they just close the case. Ban: Football Soccer You broke our rules against Cheating. ( i not broke any role ) I am banned on my account since 2016 and believe this is a mistake as I have never abused the policy and have spent money on FC points over the years. I want my account unlocked. I don't remember to do something that is against the policy, why i should do that when i play on this account for years and i spent for than 10k$ on this game? Can someone help me and unlock it? If i did something wrong and i not know just tell me what i did and unlock the account , so i know to not do the same on the future? Every time I play a squad battle on amateur difficulty and get plenty of goals and assists for the milestones challenges I get disconnected at the end of every game so the squad battle game doesnt count and I legit wasted 15 min of my life, this has happened 3 times in a row on squad battles so I checked my connection and its perfectly fine. "Hi everyone. Yesterday during a match (Maximum Challenge 15) I had a very strange disconnection and immediately afterward received a permanent ban. I've already submitted an official appeal, but I'm afraid my account may have been the target of an external breach attempt or unusual activity that triggered a preemptive block by the security system. Nothing like this has ever happened to me since I started playing.
