Why has EA stopped looking at reports of cheaters?
Since two weeks now, EA has stopped looking at reports of cheaters for some reason. The last time they closed a report was on Jan 4th and I report cheaters every day. Would appreciate if someone at EA could confirm if there is no point anymore to report cheaters and that they have simply given up. If so, the only way to win in this game is by cheating.Report on a cheater

I have encountered such players many times and submitted reports on each occasion, but unfortunately, none of these reports seem to have received any attention. Cheaters are literally killing the game and ruining the experience for fair players. At some point, it completely discourages you from even logging in, as there is no sense of fairness or honest competition.Please it's too much (another script and DDA complaint)
please EA i'm begging you remove the script i'm starting to hurt myself physically i can't have a good game anymore , i'm no pro player i'm not the best but i'm far better than 451W and 659L (at least 100 wins are from squad battles) please if you have just a little of empathy do something there is no other decent football game and i love football too much to stop playing this game so please answer this seriously not a bot ansewer like "there is no script" because everyone know that there is and do something this is my last hope a true call for helpI got gold version of a toty player
I’m writing to report an issue I encountered in FIFA Ultimate Team. I recently obtained a TOTY Vitinha player item, but instead of receiving the expected TOTY version, I was granted the Gold version of Vitinha. This appears to be an error, as the pack/event clearly indicated a TOTY player. Platform: PlayStation PSN ID: els3idy_ Game Mode: Ultimate Team Player Affected: Vitinha I kindly ask you to review my account and correct the issue by granting the proper TOTY version of the player if possible. Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC
Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. Passando aqui para deixar o feedback sobre o modo carreira dessa porcaria desse jogo! Jogo totalmente escripitado, tanto faz se joga bem ou mal o resultado da partida já existe antes de começar! Excesso gigantesco de empedimento, uma manipulação incessante para o resultado ser a favor da máquina, como penaltis tirados daquele lugar c*, faltas a favor da máquina não marcadas, é lógico a física sempre trabalhando a favor da máquina, sem contar a maior bizarrice dessa porcaria desse jogo! Quando você rouba a bola o boneco adversário vem deslizando em sua direção sem lógica nenhuma, e roupa a bola em milésimos, sem tempo nenhum de reação! Que realista em EA parabéns por mais um ano produzir essa porcaria! Não gasto mais um centavo do meu dinheiro nesse lixo, e espero do fundo do meu coração que vocês ganhem bastante concorrência e percam o monopólio do mercado, criando essa porcaria de jogo irritante! My online access to FC 26 on PC through EA app was banned...... I have spent hundreds if not thousands on packs and EA refuse to help me and continue to say they reviewed and determined I bought coins..... I have never and would never even if I am spending well over 1-2 thousand on packs.... I packed Zidane WW tradable after spending hundreds and didn't even get banned then but now that I start selling off thunderstruck and ww cards I get banned. I can't even play Toty promo because of this. Can anyone help me or direct me to someone who can actually help... Ty
