Why has EA stopped looking at reports of cheaters?

Since two weeks now, EA has stopped looking at reports of cheaters for some reason. The last time they closed a report was on Jan 4th and I report cheaters every day.

Would appreciate if someone at EA could confirm if there is no point anymore to report cheaters and that they have simply given up.

If so, the only way to win in this game is by cheating.
