Didn’t get the new 26000 AXP reward (and not the previous ones either)
Hello. There is a new free handout of AXP, 26000 this time, and didn’t receive it. I know that this is an issue already, since I (and many others) haven’t gotten the previous ones either. However, I hoped that they patched the bug in the newest update of the game. That didn’t happen though, so here I am, still missing all the free consumables that everyone else have gotten in recent times. It is really frustrating, since I will never reach the same level as my teammates (and opponents). It has to be possible to fix this? For the record, I had the notification setting on etcetc., so that is not the issue.FC Clubs
Good day Dears. we have spent a lot of time on upgrading our club from the game release. Also was bought ultimate addition to start one week earlier. After we took a pause in playing. Last week we enter the Clubs and all of us not int the club and our quite upgraded club not existing any more. Please be so kind and investigate as we spent a lot of time and efforts. That is strange.
Pro Clubs - 20,000 Instant AXP Missing. Again.
It has come to my attention through my teammates in Pro Clubs that there is another 20,000 Instant AXP consumable on offer to Pro Clubs players. However, once again (as raised before several times with other missing promotions, including here), I neither have this message on my homepage nor do I have the consumable in Pro Clubs itself, despite following the "Solutions" offered in these two threads - here and here - that were meant to address this.

EA fix your servers there is a controller input delay I’m always on like 8-20 ping and still this game feels sluggish every movement I do with my pro feel so heavy passing takes a couple seconds after you press the button and sometimes you press the button and the game does nothing so you have to press it again. And the first touch is broken there is no first touch. Lol you can’t trap a ball. Games pathetic it’s awful! I have 95 agility 94 balance 94 reaction 95 ball control 94 dribbling 95 composure with first touch playstyle and press proven, and I have basically every single passing playstyle EA FIX THE SERVERS!!!!Clups
Hello EA Support, I can access all game modes in EA SPORTS FC 26, but I cannot enter Pro Clubs / Clubs. The game shows this message: “you’re restricted from using communication features if your parent or guardian”. My parental controls and platform privacy settings are already allowed, but the issue still happens only in Clubs. Please check my EA account and the linked platform account for any communication restriction or child account limitation. Hello EA, I would like to suggest adding extra time and penalties to promotion and relegation playoff matches in Pro Clubs. Currently, when a playoff match ends in a draw, neither team wins. This feels unfair because playoff matches should always have a winner. Adding extra time and penalties would make the playoffs more realistic, more exciting, and more competitive. Hello I purchased a bundle in the clubs store. This bundle is bugged and does not let me equip the cosmetics I paid for. Everyone I equip they auto remove. I get the error of pro clubs avatar save failed error. I paid using money for this and would kindly request that either this situation is resolved or I am refunded the fc points I spent as this is not acceptable. Thanks for your help in advance
