UDP telemetry causes connection problems for PS5
Hello, Apparently, there has been a problem for quite some time in the settings of the UDP telemetry and the PS5, which means that players in question cannot connect to the lobby when they are active and/or fly out of the game after entering the session. The bug is caused by the following settings: UDP telemetry - One UDP transmission mode - One Share your telemetry - Yes View your own online ID - Yes Please check and fix this phenomenon, otherwise it will not be possible for some leagues to work with their own apps such as SIMHUB“Communicating with Online Services” completely locked Game
The most recent update has totally locked me out of F1 25. (PS5) I’ve tried checking connections etc but F1 25 is the only issue. I have also tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling but am still getting ‘locked’ into the “Communicating with Online Services” screen. I am currently LiveStreaming and on this occasion have been stuck now for over 20minutes already, just from this attempt to Load. I have a Competition Event scheduled in a few hours time and I would really appreciate not having to forfeit. Platform: PC (Steam) Issue: Since updating to patch v1.0.7, F1 25 gets stuck on the "Communicating with Online Services" screen when I launch the game. Even though I have an active internet connection and it appears to successfully connect, the game stays in this state indefinitely. The only temporary fix I've found is to disconnect and reconnect my internet connection, after which the game proceeds past this screen. However, this is frustrating to do every time I launch the game. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch F1 25 (post-patch v1.0.7) 2. Wait at the "Communicating with Online Services" screen 3. Observe it hanging indefinitely 4. Disconnect and reconnect internet 5. Game continues normally after that Expected Result: Game should connect to online services and proceed without needing manual internet reconnection. Actual Result: Stuck on the loading screen until internet is manually reset. Patch Version: v1.0.7 Additional Notes: This issue only began after the v1.0.7 update. Prior to this, online connection was smooth without any need to reset the internet.Cant Connect Online
F1 25 requires an update to connect to online services while i already have the latest steam update downloaded, i cant play online nor connect to game services and i have contacted ea help all they did was tell me that i need to reinstall the game which i have done 3 times as per their request, they told me to wait and hope that "fruitful Changes" can occur and i can play online, i have bought the game yesterday and cant refund it because it took me around 3 hours with the support team asking about screenshots and video proof of the issue for nothing to be done, if anyone has a fix please help
F1 25 – EA Account Required / Cannot Connect to Online Services
Hi EA Team, I have the same issue that others reported a few months ago. When I try to play F1 25 on Steam, I get the "EA Account required" message, even though my Steam and EA accounts are properly linked. I can’t access any online features. I purposely cancelled any attempt for F1 25 (on PC) to connect to EA when I first got this game as I know there can be issues. Anyway, clever me decided it would now be fine to do. I've come back to the game for a third time after that choice and the game just sits there with "Communicating with online services" at the top left of the screen. 20 minutes I've been waiting now and I've tried this several times (had to manually close the game). My internet is working great but I now can't play the game as there's not even a cancel button that appears to allow me to stop this attempted connection from starting in the first place. There's also no cancel button after it starts trying to connect which is a really strange omission! Please sort this as I have a £50 game I can't use now :(
